Manchester City seem to have bought every wing back possible - including splashing £50m on Kyle Walker - while Manchester United shelled out a whopping £75m to sign Romelu Lukaku from Everton. Hart's move to E20 has also been ranked highly, with the loan deal coming in at number seven in the charts. They said: "The former Manchester United striker could prove to be one of the bargains of the season at £16m and finished last season with 14 goals in all competitions for Bayer Leverkusen."
